Regular group
Neurodivergent Adult Art Club
A calm, welcoming creative wellbeing group for neurodivergent adults.
Sessions include mindful creative practice, gentle prompts and space to create alongside others. You do not need to be "good at art" to come. The focus is on creative wellbeing, connection and taking part at your own pace.

Community events
Nia Community Movement for Wellbeing
Movement, music and creative wellbeing in a gentle, inclusive community space.
Neurodivergent Arts CIC is offering Nia Community Movement for Wellbeing days as part of our Community pathway.
Nia combines movement, music and wellbeing in a way that is gentle, expressive and accessible. The sessions are designed to support connection, confidence, regulation and creative community participation.
You do not need dance experience to take part. The focus is on moving in a way that feels right for your body, your energy and your needs.

YER opportunities
Youth Employment Ready Programme
YER is a structured, creative and phased employment readiness programme for young people aged 18–24 who are NEET.
NEET means not in education, employment or training.
YER helps young people build confidence, understand how they work best, recognise transferable skills and take meaningful next steps towards employment, education, training, volunteering or further workplace opportunities.
